tubelingo subscriptions are processed through a recurring billing system using third-party payment providers.
1. Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the "Cancel Subscription" option within the Service.
- Upon cancellation, access to the Service will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
- Subscription cancellation takes effect from the next billing date, and no further charges will be made.
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy
The tubelingo subscription service is classified as a digital knowledge-based software service, and access to the Service begins immediately upon payment.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once payment has been completed, regardless of the reason.
Exception: Eligible Refund Conditions
A refund may be granted if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 7 days of payment, and
- There is no usage history of the Service on the account.

- Subscription cancellation only prevents future charges and does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
- Because access to the Service begins immediately upon payment:
- Refunds are not available after 7 days, or
- If there is any record of Service usage.
- Any matters not explicitly stated in this Refund Policy shall be governed by applicable laws, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and tubelingo's internal policies.
